Methodology

We ingest CT.gov snapshots and AACT monthly archives, detect diffs, and score materiality.

Timing note: registry updates may lag company communications.

• Major: terminations, suspensions, large enrollment drops, or explicit “why stopped”.
• High: primary outcome changes in Phase 2/3, arm changes, large enrollment shifts.
• Medium: meaningful site or enrollment edits without critical status shifts.
• Low: administrative or low-confidence changes (filtered by default).
